| This post is all about psionics, if you don't believe in them, then find the little X button and click it right now... I do not wish to convert you, if you don't believe, that's your problem... I am merely providing this to help others who do believe as I do.
Now that that's out of the way.
So far, all I have done, is make psiballs, and spin the psiwheel. If you do not understand these terms, see my previous post.
When I am making psiballs, I don't visualize an energy source, or imagine colored energy going from my hands into the air or anything like I've read other people do... I just.. feel it.
I place my hands a couple of inches apart, right hand on the bottom, palm up, and left hand on the top, palm down. Then, looking into the space between them, I just know that there is energy in every atom of every molecule in the space between them. (I don't SAY to myself "There is energy in every atom." I just know it, without thinking.) Then, I feel the energy begin to swirl and move inward, condensing into one point and continuing to spin. I continue to let it swirl inward for a minute or two until it grows big enough to touch the palms of my hands. When it does this I can begin to feel the warmth on my hands, but before then i actually feel nothing.
At this point, it is a loosely packed sphere of energy. If I want to make it bigger, I just continue letting it swirl, but if I want to make it more dense, I push outward with the energy from my palms and shrink the sphere to about half it's diameter. I say I push outward, but it's not a feeling of force, it's a feeling of letting it happen. It's so maddening to hear, I know, when you haven't done it yet... because you're like "YES, but HHOWWW!" well, that is how, you just know that it's going to happen, and you know it as surely as you know the sun is going to rise tomorrow. (or if you don't believe that, then as surely as you know that breathing is good)
I haven't moved on to making constructs out of my psiballs yet, I just make them and pack energy into them, and throw them around a bit and then let them go and they dissolve. I'm just building up my ability to pack energy into them at the moment, I'll focus on shapes and colors more later.
Psychokinesis:
So, it's only been less than a week since I've been able to consistently spin the psiwheel, but i feel i'm getting better at it every day.
I started with a tin foil psiwheel and just sat there with my hand next to it, staring at it becoming more frustrated and more frustrated every moment. However, frustration is not the state that will allow you to move anything. You have to come to the table relaxed and focused and confident that you will be able to move it. If there is anything that I have learned in all my life, it is that your expectations have an immense effect on your reality. If you wake up in the morning and expect to have a bad day, you will. If, instead, you expect to have a wonderful day full of unprecedented opportunity, you will look for it and likely you will find it.. If you're not looking for it though, then you'll never find it.
back to PK though....
The day I began to move it consistently, I went to the www.psipog.net site and watched every movie in their media section, and I said to myself "If they can do it this easily, then there's nothing in the universe that can stop me from doing the same." So, I set up my foil wheel, and placed my hand next to it, and blammo, it spun like a top. Not a little jittery twitch, like I had been getting. Not a slow even spin, like I can do now... but an insanely fast spin. I took my hand away in shock, and it stopped immediately. I put my hand back, and expected it to spin, and it began to spin again, very rapidly. This continued for about 5 minutes, until I was distracted by a loud noise in the room. When I tried again later, I was still able to make it spin, but not at the same speeds.
In the past three days since then, I've practiced with the psiwheel for about an hour every day, or more on some days. (Thank god for christmas break) I've graduated to a paper psiwheel now. Paper is heavier than foil and thus requires more energy to spin. (I didn't say it was harder, it just requires more energy.) It's wierd working with two different psiwheels... (I have them both set up in front of me right at this moment) It's not just a matter of more energy, it's a different kind of energy ( i think) . I hypothesize that since the materials are different, then the atoms are different atoms. Different atoms vibrate at different speeds. Thus it would take a different wavelength of energy to hit the atoms. because you have to realize that atoms aren't big ... the total size of the atom, plus it's electrons takes up a certain amount of space. but the electrons are very far from the nucleus. So if you shoot something as small as a photon at it... then the chances of missing are very good... and the chances of hitting are about the same as winning the lottery... or something like that. That is why I think they recommend that you think of yourself as the paper (or foil) before you try to move it. You must attune yourself to the wavelength at which the atoms vibrate. Thus, when you are shooting photons at them, they are vibrating at the same wavelength and have a greater chance of hitting.
That's why, (I hypothesize), when you first try to spin it, it takes awhile before it begins to twitch and spin... You have to attune yourself to it. I can almost feel this tuning process within myself, it's like a flexing of the back of my brain. When I flex at a certain level, nothing happens, so i increase or decrease it, and when it reaches a certain point, the wheel twitches, but of course, i'm constantly increasing so it reaches the perfect point and then passes it... it's the same as tuning a radio with the knob... You roll it to the right and all you hear is fuzz and static, but you keep spinning the knob and you pass a radio station and for a split second you hear crystal clear sound, then it's back to the static. Until you stop and go back towards the station again. I feel the same thing is happening within myself when i try to spin the wheels. I have tried going from successfully spinning one wheel to the other and the other one won't spin right away... it takes a minute to attune.
I don't know how many of the people on psipog have worked with both kinds of wheels at the same time... but i'm thinking of trying some different kinds of material balanced on the needle and seeing if my hypothesis holds true.
Remember, that since none of this has been widely researched before, this is all hypothesizing based on personal experience. So don't take all of this as written in stone, absolute law. It's just an idea. Just like anything else. It's open to change. I welcome all of you who have read this far to leave me a comment when you've finished, I am always interested in hearing your reactions to my writing and whether or not it helped.
So, my readers, if you are thinking of practicing psychokinesis, remember that there are no distinctions between things. You are the psiwheel, and you are the desk, and you are all the air in between, and all those things are just as much a part of you. When you break things down to the subatomic level, everything is made of the same thing... nothing. When you break humans down to the DNA level, we're all made of the same four building blocks... this is the way the universe works... You can build an infinite variety of buildings with the same bricks, but if you were to find something that would affect only bricks, then all your buildings would be affected, regardless of shape. The same thing is happening here, I think. We're all made of the same kind of stuff, even though we're shaped differently, we just have to remember that since we're all the same, we can all effect each other.
